Right Choice Builders Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
The programme is open to individuals aged 18years or older.
Self-referral is strictly prohibited; the referrer must be a different person or entity than the referred party.

Referrals must be submitted prior to or at the time of the initial enquiry from the referred party. Retrospective referrals will not be accepted.

Qualifying Criteria
A referral is deemed successful and eligible for a reward only when:
The referred party signs a formal contract with Right Choice Builders Limited.

The contract value meets-
the minimum threshold of $50,000 (GST exclusive) if the job is within the following suburbs of Tauranga-Otumoetai, Bellevue, Tauranga central, Bethlehem, Gate Pa, Matua, and Mt Maunganui
a minimum of $150,000 GST exclusive within the the wider Bay of plenty.
The contract is not a Labour only or partial contract of any kind.

The initial project deposit has been paid in full and received by Right Choice Builders Limited.

Reward Structure
Value: The reward is calculated as 1% of the total contract value (excluding GST).
Cap: The maximum reward payable for any single referral is capped at $20’000 (NZD)
Format: Rewards are issued as bank transfers for amounts larger than $1000 (NZD) Rewards lower than $1000 (NZD) can be paid out as a voucher of your choice.

Exclusivity: Only one reward is payable per project. If multiple referrers claim the same lead, the reward goes to the first valid submission received.

Payment Terms
Rewards will be processed within 20 business days of all qualifying criteria being met.
All payments are made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
The referrer is responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from the receipt of the reward.

General Conditions
Right to Amend: Right Choice Builders reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the programme at any time without prior notice.
Privacy: Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
